Three 4 stories condominium complex across the street from Charley Young Beach. Kamaole Beach Park 1, Cove Park and shops are also close by within walking distance. Each of the three buildings has its own swimming pool, BBQ and two tennis courts. Nicely landscaped and convenient location with moderately priced. Unit is simply average, but cozy with everything around this location.

There are 1 and 2 bedroom units available with fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers in unit, cable T.V.'s, phone and A/C.

1 bedroom 1 bath=approx 687 Sq ft, 1 queen & 1 queen size sofa bed
2 bedroom 2 bath=approx 899 Sq ft, 1 queen, 2 twins & 1 queen size sofa bed

4 nights minimum stay (except X'mas holiday season)
No daily maid service included in room charge.
NON-SMOKING in most of the units. (Please step out to your private lanai for smoking.)

COMMENT : This is nice moderate condo with beaches close by. Affordable price with nicely cozy atmosphere with convenient location.
